Service Description

A notary will come to the location/address entered on your booking form within your scheduled appointment time slot. Pricing includes notarization for 1 document/notarization and notary travel fees to the address entered. There will be additional fees for additional documents notarized; please select "additional documents" when booking this service. The state of Utah sets the following fees for all notary services: $10 per signature witnessing $10 per acknowledgment performed $10 per copy certification performed $10 per jurat/oath performed Our travel fee in the Salt Lake County area is $25 dollars, plus the cost of a single document $10 for this service. Travel fees increase as the notary travel furthers from the start location. We can calculate an exact travel fee based on the Federal Gas Mileage rate if requested by the customer, otherwise the price is as listed.
