How Does Notary Apostille Service Work?

2. Enter your appointment details and a representative from our company will contact you within 30 mins to setup Apostille Service
3. We will assist you in getting your documents notarized first (required), then a notary will take them to the state capitol on your behalf to have the documents apostilled (same day service typically available)
4. After the documents have the state seal, we can mail to you or another destination or return them locally.
Important Notary Apostille Service Details:

Our fees are separate from the state required fees for apostille service. We will bill you for the state fees as well as our service fee. Your invoice will clearly show our service fees versus fees that were paid to the state for your apostille's.

You must have a current government issued identification with at the time of your signing.

Documents must be notarized before they are apostilled.

Documents must contain notary signing language that is in a language the notary can read or it will be added to the document to complete the service.
